SHIPPING POLICY
We offer shipping services to customers located in India only. We partnered with the best courier companies in India to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your orders. Majority of shipments are delivered through shiprocket.
DELIVERY TIME
We strive to deliver your orders within 5-7 days of placing the order, depending on the delivery location and the courier options available. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and courier company delays.
DISPATCH TIME
We have the infrastructure, systems, and processes in place to dispatch your orders within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We commit to dispatching 90% of the orders within 96 hours of receiving the order, and 100% of the orders within 5-6 days of receiving the order.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment online. Please note that tracking information may not be immediately available after your order has been dispatched.
COD PAYMENTS
We offer cash on delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience. We will add your COD payments within a day of parcel delivery to your customer.
